Can I reschedule my booking? If so, how?

Yes, photography sessions can be rescheduled within 5 days before the initial booking, while video services can be rescheduled 7+ days before the initial booking. Bookings can NOT be rescheduled THE DAY BEFORE the initial booking date. Reschedules MUST be within 60 days of the initial (original) booking date! To reschedule your session, go to your booking confirmation email or contact (404) 604-1443.

Can I get a refund?

FULL refunds can ONLY be issued at LEAST 14 days BEFORE the scheduled session! NO REFUNDS within 7 days before the scheduled session. PARTIAL REFUNDS can be negotiated 8+ days prior to the scheduled session. NO REFUNDS the day of the scheduled session or after the session take place!

Can I cancel my session? If so, how?

You can cancel 4+ days before the session, but you may NOT be refunded. Please refer to refund policy. No cancellations within 3 DAYS of the scheduled session. Cancellations can be made at (404) 604-1443.

Will I have to pay for my service(s) all at once?

No, but photography must be paid in FULL to begin services. You have to pay at LEAST 50% to solidify your session. Any session with less than a 50% payment (half of the scheduled services) 7 days before the scheduled service, may be rescheduled to a more accommodating date by FSP or canceled. Any photography session with an unpaid or remaining balance within 72 hours of the scheduled session will be terminated. Video service clients can pay the total cost at once 72 hours before starting services or choose one of FS Production's payment options (due dates vary). As previously stated, we try to work with our clients as much as possible, by providing a variety of payment plans. 

Can you deny me services even if I already paid?

Fine Scene Productions has the right to deny services to anyone who violates our terms and conditions, regardless of payment status.
